I have always found my balance in contrasting traits.
As a person, I am both extroverted and introverted, collaborative and self-driving, empathetic and direct. My experience in the US and Sweden has made me both a generalist with big-picture understanding and a specialist with hands-on expertise.
As a consultant, I am a big picture thinker and detail-oriented planner. As a leader, I am people-first motivator and decisively business-minded. As a project manager, I am thoroughly structured and quickly adaptable. As a change agent, I am a culture builder and an efficiency architect. As a Marketeer, I am an engaging storyteller and a compelling analyst.
In all of these capacities, I focus on connections — information, ideas, people, plans, cultures, systems, goals — looking at different perspectives, building common understanding and pressure testing solutions.
Whether developing out of the box ideas or optimizing what is already in the box, I aim to bring this approach to every project, team and business I work with.
Even in my free time, planning plays a big role. You can find me organizing trips from my ever-expanding "must visit" list, managing home improvement projects (though I'm more lenient with these schedules!), finding new hikes and excursions nearby. The (literal) list goes on.
Today you'll find me in Stockholm, but I work and travel regularly across all of Europe and the US and love getting to work with different new teams and cultures, whether on-site or remote.
