Change is our only constant, especially today. The key is differentiating meaningful change from changing for the sake of it; balancing big restructurings with less disruptive evolutions. I guide teams in establishing a (clear) purpose and (pressure-tested) processes to connect (engaged) people. Building scalable solutions that emphasize what works, removing roadblocks and meeting objectives.
Leading teams through many major restructurings/centralizations and establishing regular review/evolution processes, I worked to cut through the clutter of complex organizations to see both people and priorities.
Using cross-functional expertise, I also overhauled finance structures, created engagement plans, consolidated systems, and set goals. Facilitating ways of working alignments with leaders, guiding teams through onboarding, and creating structure and transparency.
